I am fully accredited with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and registered with the Complimentary and Natural Health Council and hold an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP Life Coaching.
At the first session, which usually takes 90 minutes I will ask lots of questions in order to find out everything I need to in order to formulate a plan to assist you. Sessions are £60 with many issues being resolved in the first session however, further sessions may be required depending on the outcome desired.
